Information Collected by Helios Exchange

Helios Exchange collects user information from several areas of the Helios Exchange site.

Registration area: Helios Exchange collects

If a user is a subscriber in the United States or Canada, the user may upload information on their own buildings and/or connect to an US EPA Energy Star Portfolio Manager account and upload data from there. These users may also change data provided by Helios Exchange that they have copied to their own portfolios in the platform. This data is private to the user and not available to any other users on the platform.

Helios Exchange collects individual user search activity for caching the results temporarily to for faster results. cached data is removed within 12 hours.

Helios service staff members reserve the right of full access to user accounts to allow them to work with users to analyze their properties, identify energy improvement opportunities and to ready projects for financing as the case may be. However, Helios staff members may not disclose any proprietary user information to third parties without the consent of the user.
